Each Smile PCHs pouch contains exactly 80mg of caffeine — equivalent to a standard 8oz cup of coffee. We recommend a maximum of 3 pouches per day (240mg total) to stay within safe caffeine consumption guidelines.
Simply tuck one pouch between your upper lip and gum. You’ll start to feel the effects within 5–15 minutes. Leave it in place for 20–45 minutes for the full energy release, then discard. Do not swallow.
